Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--3.0, 1.7, 0.8; BamHI--5.5; XbaI--4.3, 1.25; HindIII--5.5; XhoI--5.5; BamHI+HindIII--3.0, 2.5. Transcription from the vector T7 promoter yields sense transcripts. Full-length cDNA clone which includes 87 bp of 5' non-coding sequence and 745 bp of 3' non-coding sequence. This clone was constructed by Bill Richards from the 5' end of clambdaEPE (parietal endoderm) and the EcoRI site to the 3' end of clambda2 (F9 teratocarcinoma). |
