Reported to contain EcoRI/HindIII fragments of the following sizes (kb), ordered as in the genome: 4.554, 3.141, 1.425, 0.939, 4.511, 2.412, 2.045, 1.900, 1.160, 0.480, 4.785, 2.383, 1.541, 2.791, 1.222, 0.728, 0.640. IMPORTANT: To prevent amplification of a rearranged and/or deleted cosmid, we recommend streaking on LB + amp plates at 30C and picking small colonies for liquid culture.
